Want to eat healthier but your ADHD throws you off track the first week? Know that exercise is 100% good, but can't find the TIME to fit anything else into your life? Want to learn how nutrition, exercise, meditation can help you FOCUS?
Jump into the first-ever ADDiva Survival Guide to ADDiet and Exercise (deliberately scheduled for late January, just about the time your New Year's resolutions are fading!).
You'll learn how your food really does affect your brain. Then you'll make the leap to discovering how to make food choices automatic instead of impulsive (those darned brownies!).
You'll learn more about the exercise-focus connection. And you'll make a commitment to YOURSELF... one that you can trust yourself to keep. Lotsa tools to get you going and support to keep you on track.
Coaching sessions on Thursdays give you a chance to talk through your own personal challenges! It's a package designed FOR ADDivas BY an ADDiva who has struggled with eating and exercise her whole life (hint---it's Linda).
Why a special teleclass for ADHD women?
Changing your diet and/or exercise pattern involves planning, initiation, structure, consistency, adherence, follow through, transition, maintenance....in other words, an ADHD nightmare! What could be more difficult for ADDivas than being forced to THINK about eating (when it's been unconscious for so long), to ACT DIFFERENTLY (when exercise has been on our guilt-ridden To Do List for years) and to BE CONSISTENT (when we're so much happier being spontaneous and flexible)?
This diet and exercise class is wildly different (thank goodness, eh?)
No rigid structure. No nervous once a week weigh in.
No no-nos or unlimited celery.
What's the plan, then?

What's so different about that? 1. You'll be in the company of other ADDivas -- women who KNOW how hard it is to do this
2. You'll receive daily email encouragement to help you get started and keep moving toward your goal.
3. You'll download ADDiva-friendly sheets that remind you of your 'mission' and capture all that you've learned
4. You'll hear friendly encouragement messages from the group ... and from YOU.
5. You'll focus and refocus your energy (as many times as needed) and begin to trust that you CAN do this -- you CAN.
6. You'll start to see a difference in how you feel, how you hold yourself, how you look at yourself.
7. You have the constant support of your coaching group, Linda and Janie and any accountability partner you choose.
8. You'll be treated with honor and tenderness - no rolling eyes or tsk-tsk if you stumble or even fall.
9. You'll experience a program that is simple, clear, ADHD-directed and effective.
10. You'll finally realize that ADHD can't stand in your way; your food and exercise can be YOUR choice.
OK, I'm intrigued. How much does it all cost? This first-ever class is a modest $99 for all four weeks - four information sessions plus two coaching sessions. The class size is small to keep the energy level high and the confidentiality factor very private.
It's perfect - how do I sign up? Click the REGISTER ME link at the bottom of this page. And welcome to your new attitude toward your food, your body and your focus!
