Your registration is not complete until your payment is received. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. If you'd prefer to send a check, please contact me to get the mailing address (linda@addiva.net)
Room reservations
Rooms at GardenSpirit are shared unless you specifically request a private room (there is an additional charge of $60 per night for private rooms). Rooms are assigned on a first-registered basis. If you have a room request (e.g. first floor), let me know and I'll try to accommodate it.
Refund/cancellation policy
As eager as you are to attend Linda's events, sometimes life gets in the way. You are eligible to receive a partial refund of your event fees IF you cancel early:
60+ days before the event -- full refund of all fees minus a $25 processing fee
30+ days before the event -- full refund minus a $100 processing and reservation fee.
15-30 days before the retreat -- 50% refund of retreat fees
1-14 days before the retreat -- no refund of retreat fees.
All refunds are mailed via USPS the week after the retreat unless otherwise specified.
By registering you are agreeing to honor this policy.
