Retreat room reservations Your registration is not complete until your full payment is received. Since rooms are filled on a first-registered, first-choice basis, if you want to book a particular room (e.g. ocean view, private or shared with a friend), it's best to send full payment with registration regardless of the date.
Refund/cancellation policy As eager as you are to attend Linda's events, sometimes life gets in the way. I've worked out an equitable cancellation policy just in case you need to delay or reschedule for another retreat.
You are eligible to receive a partial refund of your event fees IF you cancel early:
60+ days before the event -- full refund of all fees minus a $25 processing fee 30+ days before the event -- full refund minus a $100 processing and reservation fee. 15-30 days before the retreat -- 50% refund of retreat fees 1-14 days before the retreat -- no refund of retreat fees.
All refunds are mailed via USPS the week after the retreat unless otherwise specified.
