About the retreat
Your five days begin with an evening of introductions and fun, centered on the powerful Standards of Presence.
In the days and nights that follow, Linda Roggli, your retreat facilitator will gently guide you through exercises and processes that will open your heart and satisfy your soul - like Full Presence Circles and guided visualizations.
You'll share your story and be acknowledged again and again for being exactly Who You Are. There will be time for creative exploration, reflection, and recommitment to your heart's desire. You'll awaken to the sun rising over the Atlantic, witness the sunset over Bogue Inlet. You'll dance, sing, laugh and even cry with the incredible women who support you on this glorious journey.
And of course, you'll enjoy a full body massage right in the privacy of our private beach house. By the end of the retreat, you'll not only have a better sense of who you are but you'll be in touch with your deepest dreams and have a plan for moving forward with them. THIS plan of action springs from the deepest connection to your personal expression of Divinity and spirituality.

About Emerald Isle
Emerald Isle is part of North Carolina's Crystal Coast, a group of barrier islands that nose their way into the Atlantic surf.
The autumn is magical here. The pristine beaches stretch for miles, calm and uncrowded. A sea breeze moderates the cooler temperatures of the mainland - usually it's about 10 degrees warmer along the coastline.
The surf is still warm in September, but even walking along the water's edge is amazing. Witnessing a beach sunrise or watching dolphins frolic in the waves brings a sense of peace not easily found, nor forgotten.

The house is spacious and airy with floor to ceiling windows that offer a panoramic view of the Atlantic -- great for dolphin watching!
The house is three stories tall with full kitchen facilities, a laundry room, extensive decks for sunning or enjoying the fall sea breezes. There is a lower level apartment with a second kitchen and living room with two bedrooms and a full bath.
There are plenty of places to write, journal or daydream. Bedding, towels (including beach towels) and linens are provided. Oversize bathrooms are shared. There is absolute privacy and quiet at Crystal Sands.

About Linda Roggli
Linda Roggli, PCC is a professional certified life coach (CLC) with a specialization in spiritual coaching and retreat facilitation. She trained with Neale Donald Walsch (author of the Conversations with God series of books) and with Lee Glickstein for spiritual retreat facilitation and Speaking Circles, respectively. A former marketing executive, business owner and professional writer, she has a long list of happy coaching clients. She is committed to helping women reconnect to their own inner wisdom and move into passionate possibility! And she's pretty darned excited about holding retreats at Crystal Sands, a place in which she has renewed her own soul on many occasions. In addition, she has just made her own dreams come true by opening her own women's garden retreat center in North Carolina -- GardenSpirit. And she did it right in her own back yard.
